Before You Attend
We are a group of loving people who desire to grow closer to God. We enjoy worshipping together and serving together. Our mission is not to impress you with fancy sermons or productions, but to guide you to a relevant, life changing experience with Jesus. We strive to provide:
· A warm, welcoming atmosphere with friendly people
· Messages to help you with your daily life
· Excellent music
· An atmosphere where God can move how He chooses
We have services on Sunday mornings at 10:00 am and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm with something for everyone. A more detailed schedule can be found on another page of this site.
What you can expect:
When you enter our doors, you will be greeted by either an Usher or a Hostess. They are able to answer any questions you may have, direct you to our sanctuary, and provide any assistance needed. If you have children, there may be a class for them to attend. Nursery services are also available for young ones under the age of four.
What to wear
The bottom line, come as you are! You will notice that everyone is dressed comfortably, in anything from dressy to "office casual" to jeans. We aren’t interested in conducting fashion shows at our services, but we do try to stay away from the ‘going to the beach’ look. Our services are held in a gymnasium that has been ‘renovated’ so temperature control is sometimes a challenge.
Our Worship
Our worship team leads our congregation with a contemporary feel (drums, guitars, keyboards, vocalists). All of our songs are projected on a screen so everyone can sing along. David, in Psalm 150, encourages us to praise the Lord with a multitude of musical instruments, which include our own voice. The Psalmist declares a host of ways to praise the Lord. Don’t be surprised if you see people lifting their hands, dancing, or clapping. These things are all done in an effort to praise and worship the King of kings.
After our praise and worship, a message will be delivered. You will find these messages to be based on the Word of God and instructional in our every day lives. After the message, everyone is given an opportunity to spend time in prayer and connect with the Creator of life.
